The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced, certified instructor to serve as Chief Instructor at one of our mature schools (250+ active students). You'll lead classes, mentor students and staff, and learn the business and management skills necessary to maintain and grow a successful martial arts school.

Bullseye Icon Who We're Looking For

You're a Level 3 ATA Instructor (2.5+ years of teaching experience, 4th Degree Black Belt or higher) who is passionate about martial arts and helping others grow.

You are:

  • Excited about a career in martial arts
  • A people person who connects with all ages
  • A team player with high integrity and emotional intelligence
  • Coachable and open to learning (ego in check)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Comfortable leading large classes
  • Professional in appearance and interactions
  • Willing to maintain a clean, martial atmosphere
  • Experienced (or eager to learn) in customer service and Microsoft Office
