Regular exercise is

one of the best things

you can do for your health

Your fitness goals probably go way beyond a regular exercise routine. To get the most benefit, here’s the sweet spot on how much physical activity you should get weekly. Get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity each week. Or you could do a combination. Spread your exercise out over several days of the week. Break it down to 40 minutes 4 days a week, 30 minutes 5 days a week, or however you’d like! Some days you may not have long blocks of time to exercise. You can split it up into segments of ten minutes or more. Choose what works best for your lifestyle.

The “Talk Test”

is a simple way to track

If you’re doing moderate-intensity, you should be able to say a few words in a row but not sing. Vigorous intensity means, you will not be able to say more than a few words without pausing for a breath.
