Sammy was a very shy kid, she didn’t play with anybody on the playground. If you told her to go to make friends with someone in the park she would cry. She did not practice any sports or any activity. The truth was that she was a very shy girl and she did not like to be around so many people. She was scared and when she started taking these classes she changed completely. This was her way of developing, really coming out of that shell and interacting with others kids. The most important thing that Sammy got out of this,  is confidence.  Being able to really go out there and express herself. The instructor being so patient with her, kept her entertained and involved in the class. She made a lot of friends , and she just came out of the little shell she was in before this. We love it, you can obviously tell she must be a different girl! She makes eye contact and she is confident!

You should not just take one class. This takes time, it needs patience. Do it for at least a month and you  will really start to see change in the child. This is a discipline, this is a teaching that is carried throughout their lives that no one is going to take away from them.  Sooner or later they will use self defense in school or at some point in their life when they grow up. What I like the most here is not just discipline, it is that the children come and have fun. They play with other children and learn a lot, and what parent does not want his child to do the right things, and have self confidence in the future?
