As we have witnessed recently, civil unrest is alive today. Peaceful marches to more disruptive demonstrations, gangs, violence, racism, bullying, drugs are active in our society.
We blame society
but we are society.
How can we navigate things like civil unrest? We take personal responsibility to equip and prepare the next generation we influence. We educate with character skills and tools that we deserve to thrive and be a good influence in society.
OUR CHARACTER IS
THE LANGUAGE WE
COMMUNICATE TO OTHERS
Our values will shape us as citizens and affect society. The question is no longer about whether character matters, but which values matter the most and how to effectively communicate those. It’s not always comfortable to convey the hard truth or stand up for your beliefs. BUT, in the long run, doing the right thing is the clear path. Let’s take personal responsibility to equip and prepare. Like any situation, preparedness is key.
